Introduction	About Victoria: I am the wife of Illinois State Senator Kyle McCarter. Kyle and I have been happily married for 30 years. We spent the first two years of our married life building a health care clinic in Tharaka, Kenya, East Africa. We are now the International Directors for Each One Feed One and are returning to work in Tharaka, Kenya on a regular basis. Kyle and I also serve on the board of Mercy Ministry. I am also a huddle coach with FCA. My desire as well as Kyle's is to continue to honor God by serving people through his position as an IL State Senator. We have two grown sons and two amazing daughter -in -laws.
