Introduction	I love my food and people have often asked me about how to cook dishes and what a particular ingredient is. I have been in the restaurant industry for many years both managing restaurants and cooking in them. People often think that I must be a food snob but actually I’m not, maybe I should be, but I can’t, there are just too many tastes, flavours, textures and unexpected delights to be snobby.I will be writing about the restaurants I visit with my wife and friends with hopefully a little insight from an industry insider!
