| Introduction | Welcome to my new Blog. My Name is Pascale, I'm a woman, a daughter, a wife, a mom to a 5 beautiful kids, a food/catering and operating business. If you’ve found your way in my blog, it means you are like me, have a passion for cooking, for food, for travel, for food history and diversity and the stories behind our recipes. Our cuisine is ancient and part of the Levantine Cuisine. Many of our dishes are traced back to thousands of years, from Roman and Phoenician eras to different influenced foreign civilizations such as Ottoman Turks, French and English.
