| Introduction | I grew up in a small town in Massachusetts and raised by very creative parents. My home doubled as a successful graphic arts business, a meeting place, a place of reinvention, and an artist’s wonderland. This was my normal. Little did I know how lucky I was to be nurtured and stimulated by such artistry. I always knew that I would pursue both a life and career in the arts. After high school I studied furniture design at the Rhode Island school of Design and Jewelry and metals in a small school in Mexico. I started and ran a jewelry design and fabrication business from 2004 until 2010. After giving birth to my second child I knew it was time to switch gears. In early 2011 I excitedly accepted the offer to become Product Manager at Zentangle Inc. Today I juggle being a stay at home Mom, teaching Zentangle and working at Zentangle Inc. And I love every minute of it. |
