| Introduction | As a child I always thought that everyone constantly counted things in their heads and made neat piles for their things. I am sure that my need to sort and purge things is due to the fact that I lived most of my life in the back of the station wagon of our traveling family. Being a military gypsy forced me to adapt to constantly changing conditions and new living quarters. So, I have always liked making lists, arranging my home and collecting stylish containers to organizer with. I think my home is completely normal with every closet, drawer and cupboard neatly coordinated, categorized and labeled. Everyone always comments on how well I can remember everything and how I can always find what is needed. Over the years as a Financial Manager, I have helped businesses improve their operations by establishing efficient, daily procedures and processes that are manageable and repeatable. As a Professional Organizer, I helped many homeowners (a.k.a., hoarders) clean out their clutter! But now...I'm focusing all of my energies on writing this blog and offering tips and inspiration for everyone to help them manage and enjoy their families, their homes and their lives. |
