Introduction	I came up evangelical. I prayed, witness, sang, played in bands, traveled, prayed, learned Spanish, prayed some more, hosted a Christian music radio show, and was recruited into a cult. After that, I protested with migrant workers, protested with priests, protested with prisoners, protested a war, traveled the country in vans, ate dumpstered food, and then became disgusted with it all. My next chapter took me all over the country and the religious map once again (Unitarian? I'm still not sure what that even is), being an actor, being a comedian, working in large office buildings, and getting married. And then one day, I came home. I write about lots of things and attempt to bring them all back to mental health and emotional intelligence.
