Introduction	Many months ago I was told by a spiritual teacher that I set my life out to enjoy the many pleasures it offers. In turn, I should share the joy with others. Part of me very much wanted to believe it so I began tracing back to my past in hope of proving its truthfulness. My childhood, not without the usual grievances of growing up, was fairly happy. I was never top of the class but always a distance from the bottom. I started my career in advertising and was blessed with inspiring mentors and likable peers. Later I decided I was not cut for corporate life and established a little shop, onefineday, with my best mates. The shop had brought us new perspectives, in addition to fond memories. Today, a few years from when the shop closed it doors, I am wandering in Shanghai counting the many happy adventures I have had through travelling, eating, cooking, photography, learning and sharing. I have a partner in crime who always support me and a family who loves me for who I am. I am still unsure about the sole purpose of my life but I think I have enough evidence that enjoying the pleasures of life is one of the many. I hope sharing with others is another.
