| Introduction | 1950生。読書から視力の衰えでサイクリングへ。さらに最近は体力の衰えでカメラに興味が移ってきました。 Born in 1950, I originally started this blog as a place to write about the books I read, but as my eyesight has declined with age, long hours of reading have become difficult. Our interests naturally shift over the years, and it feels only natural that the theme of this blog would change as well. Right after returning from a trip to London at the age of sixty‑four, I learned that I had injured my heel. From that point on, walking and running were no longer possible as forms of exercise. It was an unexpected setback, but it eventually led me to discover road cycling. A little later, my wife also began cycling, and since then, the two of us have spent countless days riding together. Recently, however, my physical strength has declined, and knee pain has made it difficult to go out cycling as often as before. Instead, at the beginning of this year, I found myself drawn to photography. It has been refreshing to feel that spark of curiosity again.
