Interests	Parlor/Salon Magic; Mentalism; Victorian magic; great action movies; Victorian-era history; anything Sherlock Holmes (especially Jeremy Bretts' wonderful portrayal on Granada TV); and, of course, my wonderful family!
Favorite movies	Sherlock Holmes, Memento, The Matrix, LOTR trilogy, The Prestige, The Illusionist, Gods and Generals, Gettysburg, M. Night Shyamalan's earlier works.
Favorite music	Classic rock and hard rock; classical music (began learning violin in 2009); old-time American & Scot-Irish style music.
Favorite books	The Bible; As A Man Thinketh by James Allen (one of my all-time favorites!); nearly anything by Jim Rohn; 'Outlier' by Malcolm Gladwell; The Prestige; Hiding the Elephant; The Glorious Deception; anything by Stephen Lawhead; also anything by John Eldredge; the Hoffman Magic series; anything by by Erik Larson; and, of course, the Sherlock Holmes stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
