| Introduction | I'm a Russian Girl who's been living in the US for almost 13 years now. I'm very happily married to the most wonderful man on Earth. And I also have the most adorable English Cocker Spaniel named Hazel :). Aren't I so blessed? :) I work as a computer programmer, but my real passion in the last few years has been fitness and nutrition. I LOVE to eat great food, and laugh at the notion that healthy food is tasteless. I prove that notion wrong every week in my kitchen! Just ask my husband! :) And as for Fitness, I'm teaching Turbo Kick at a women only gym. I love sharing my love for Turbo with the ladies! I'm planning on acquiring more fitness/nutrition certifications in the future, so I can try and help people even more on their road to physical and mental well-being. I'm also on a constant quest for self-improvement and could have a garage sale just for the self-help books alone. That is, if my husband doesn't burn them first! ;) He says I don't need to improve, I'm perfect as is. Aww.. isn't he sooo sweet? :) I'm still on the lookout for the meaning of this thing called life and when I'll finally figure it out, I'll make sure to let you know! |
