Introduction	After 20 years in corporate business, I traded my uncomfortable business suit for a painting apron, and never looked back! Painting is my passion; through painting I am able to capture natural places that are being developed and swallowed up by humans. I love to paint the Chesapeake Bay area, both water and landscapes. We are so fortunate to have a variety of ecosystems, each with its own beauty and sense of wonder. My husband and I love to find places off the beaten track, that are inaccessible except by boat, or long hikes. The photographs I take on these journeys provide me with inspiration to create paintings where a life force is at work. I hope you will join me on my journey, as I discover new ways of capturing these special places and times.
