| Introduction | When I was in Xiamen (China) for two years, I kept a scrapbook with all sorts of things: interesting newspaper articles (I was there when SARS hit), notes from students, sheets of local music, a list of my favorite restaurants, the token for the ferry between Xiamen and Gulangyu, etc. There are so many things about Tokyo (and Japan) that inspire much musing. With this blog, I hope to share the Tokyo edition of my scrapbook. |
