| Introduction | We are the authors of the Cape Commando Series - a series of books dealing with the South African War in the Cape Colony. Taffy, who obtained her doctorate from Stellenbosch University in 2005 with a thesis entitled "The Cape Rebel of the South African War", is the writer, while David does the editing and marketting. We also write other non-fiction books. David is the Chairman of the Simon van der Stel Foundation: Southern Cape Branch, and Taffy is the Secretary. |
