| Introduction | I am Hitarth Saini. The literal meaning of my name is: something meaningful in the benefit of good,(yeah I know its quiet vague) but it connotes 'The Messenger of Well WIshes'. I belong to the city of lakes, Udaipur,Rajasthan. I have completed my computer engineering from Nirma University,Ahmedabad. Throughout my engineering I pursued Direct Selling(Multi Level Marketing) as a part time. My work involved team building and strengthening, motivating & inculcating leadership qualities, creating more accountable people, Managing and distributing number of associates & work, presentations via public seminars & conducting training meetings and implementing teams participation in national level conventions.I created a network of around 1500 associates across 23 cities and addressed approximately 10000 potential customers through various seminars(public speaking). I organized many blood donation camps and promoted computer literacy and entrepreneurship. |
