Introduction	ME, 42 Years old, 83kg by 1.85m. been sober from Oct 1999 till Nov. 2006. Did AA, read a lot...till i drank again, what started with 2 beer a day, came to min 10 beer or a bottle of wine per day! reading the book of Oliver Ameisen, i believe that this could helb me, before i realy crash again. The blog is for me and my Doc's as i need to report daily, in english and german, 2 Doc's to language ;) thanks to both of you to support me.
