Introduction	I love love love learning about nutrition and sharing what I learn with others. I received my Bachelor's degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in Education and my Master's degree at Eastern Michigan University in Dietetics. I taught elementary school for six years. I decided to go back to school to combine my passion for nutrition with my love of teaching. I currently work for Kaiser as an outpatient dietitian where I provide my clients with current, scientifically based nutrition counseling and education. I am also a Group Exercise instructor for In Shape Fitness Centers. I am happy to share what I have learned while in school and what I continue to learn on a daily basis with friends and family who visit my blog. I am available to see clients for Medical Nutrition Therapy and/or weight management in Vacaville, California.
