| Introduction | It only makes sense that if I'll be tasting a wide variety of beers, I should have a system to rate them. Well, I give to you PINTRS! This stands for the Pint-tastic Rating System. A pint in one country can be something completely different in another country. The common, and less common, units of pints are the following: Flanders pint = 250 milliliters US pint = 473 milliliters Imperial (UK) = 568 milliliters French pint = 952 milliliters Scottish pint = 1,696 milliliters So, our best beers will be given the PINTRS rating of Scottish while our less favorable beers will be given a Flanders rating. |
