Introduction	Hi! I'm Paula- a self taught cake maker and have been making cakes for approx. 9 years. I come from a long line of wonderful farmwife cooks and bakers. I like to think of myself as a baker with artistic flair. I get a great deal of satisfaction and joy knowing that my cakes are a part of so many special celebrations. In the past 9 years or so, the wide variety of flavors, fillings, icings and keeping up with current trends keeps my "hobby" exciting.
