| Introduction | I’m currently 50 years of age. I’ve been with my partner for the past 32 years, married for 29 of them. I have two grown sons one of whom has gifted me two delightful grandchildren. I live rurally in a beautiful piece of paradise surrounded by native bush and mountain ranges. I live off grid. Basically I am your average ordinary unique individual. Just like you. And I have something to say, many and varied something’s. My story is not unusual or incredible or original but it’s mine and thus is all those things to me. Letting Me Love Myself is a tool to allow myself to do just that, a way of sharing an experience for support and to support on anything and everything. You see, once upon a time I didn’t believe I mattered, I didn’t believe I had worth, I couldn’t see my value and at times struggled to see the point of me. I wasn’t my friend let alone did I love myself. But then something changed...........and now I do. |
