| Introduction | I am in my 40s and married to my life partner, Mr. Conundrum. After being together for 20 years, he still manages to perplex me in mostly wonderful ways. I am also mom to Mr. Transistor, a 15-year-old who loves all things electronic--both old and new--and to Mr. Twister, a 12-year-old who does not let grass grow under his feet and is busy, busy, busy. I am an English teacher who loves to read and write. In the past few years, I have become much more athletic than I ever thought I could. I would like to become much more consistent with exercise, healthful eating, gardening, weight loss, and weight maintenance. For me, middle age has been a rebirth in many ways. Part of this rebirth is a commitment to blogging. |
