Introduction	I am a married, twenty-something year old telecommunications deputy. I created this blog in the hope that it would be informative and amusing for others and therapeutic for myself. While I still love my job, there are times when I want to reach through the phone (or radio!) and strangle someone. Hopefully I can offer some insight to civilians as to why dispatchers do the things we do.
