Introduction	After working in the restaurant & hotel business for over 17 years and hearing all the reviews of different places to visit for food or to stay overnight, I have decided to put my thoughts out there as well. My husband and I travel quite a bit for business, ministry, and storm chasing so my scope of restaurants will not be limited to North Dallas, although we are certainly inundated with dining options. My goal is to have people visit this page to get the good, the bad, and the ugly information on what is around them.
