| Introduction | I'll keep it short & sweet. Basically, I love all things food & wine. I love to travel & experience different cultures by sampling their cuisine whether it be a small place off the side of the road or a 4 star restaurant. While I was in college for my undergrad degree, I dated a guy whose family owned a Japanese restaurant in New Jersey. It was the mid 80's and sushi was the "in" thing to eat. I can still remember my first piece of raw tuna. At first I was horrified and then profoundly intrigued. I was changed forever. It was no wonder that several years after graduating & working in finance, that I found my way into culinary school. I ended up back in finance for over a decade but here I am, back to where I truly belong - in the world of food and wine. |
