Introduction	I claim I Love to Cook! The problem is that at the age of 40 going on 41, and the season of life I am in;I just can't seem to find the happiness in it anymore. I have decided to try in 2011 to get back that feeling. Getting back to the basics and getting back in the kitchen. I have a boat load of cookbooks sitting on my shelves that I hardly ever use. I love conversation's that go on at the table, the games that have been played at the table, the love that has been shared at the table along with some tear's and the many other memories that have been made at the table. So, here I will be sharing the preparation's in getting ready for 2011, menu planning, cleaning in the kitchen, conversation's, coffee and ideas. Keep in mind, I am not a professional writer and I was never really that good in the English department. I'm a Mom, wife, daughter, aunt, friend, sister, anything but good at grammar and punctuation.
