Introduction I started running in April of 2008 for many of reasons a lot of folks do: to lose weight, get healthy, and feel better about myself. What turned out as a form of exercise has turned into a deep seeded passion. After losing 120 pounds, and on my way to losing 100 more, I'm working towards a lifetime of distance running--with my eyes set not on the Boston Marathon, but of Ultra Marathons where the 26.2 mile mark is part of the course and not the end!
