Introduction	I'm Alyson. I'm quiet, and sometimes I'm shy, and I'm sorry, but that's just how I am, accept it or don't, that's me. I'm not sure why people point this out to me ALL THE TIME. Even if I've just met them, no one seems to think that it might be a little rude or offensive to say to someone they've just met, that they're quiet and shy, and maybe it isn't rude, but just once, I'd like someone to point out something else they notice about me than that, because that's something that I already know. Ridiculous. I'm a feminist, and I am passionate about equal rights for all people regardless of age, class, race, gender, sex, sexual orientation, etc. Everyone is worthwhile simply because they exist. One of my biggest pet peeves is complete ignorance. I want to write a book. I want to be able to think about my mom and not have to hold my breath to not have to have that breath stopping chest gripping sadness. Sometimes I'm up and most times I'm down, but I'm working on that. When I'm in the dark I'm searching for the light even if it's a small pin size dot at the end of the tunnel. I want to help people, I want to be social worker. I want the world to be happier and safer and more peaceful.

How do you pronounce the 'g' in bologna?

It's pronounced "gah" as in ba la gah na. That's how I pronounce it. Most people might say it's silent. I might pronounce it like nee. That's only if I wanna be fancy though, which most of the time I'm not, I'm happy with a slice of bread cheese and bah lah gah nah. :)
