| Introduction | I am Tien T. Sarre, a lover of all things beautiful, delicious and fun. This is a blog about food, drinks, celebration, sharing of recipes and my writings about travels from my heart, soul and laughing moments. A Vietnamese by blood, a French by marriage, a New Yorker by soul, and a world citizen. My cooking has much of Asian influence, but is not limit to just one cuisine. Besides Vietnamese food, I also cook well French, Italian, Spanish, Thai, Japanese, Cantonese, Senegalese and Creole. I often create dishes of my own and record recipes to share, to teach and hopefully to pass down to my children one day. I believe that we make a living by what we get, but more importantly, we make a life by what we give, care and share. |
