Introduction	My husband, Frank, and I have been painting together for over 15 years and will continue as long as we are able. We learned to paint by taking private classes and workshops. I also have attended a few classes at the Pasadena Art Center College of Design. Frank and I are professional "Artist Members" of the California Art Club and Oil Painters of America. Our goal is to become more and more masterful at oil painting and we especially love the painting style of the early California Impressionists. The purpose of our blog is to share some of our experiences as artists and to give a little insight to each painting that we post. Another purpose of our blogs is to receive constructive critiques or comments from you. I believe an artist never stops learning. That's one of the things that keeps us going because we always feel we can do a little better. Thanks for your interest in our blog site.
