| Introduction | Yes, marriage is better the second time around, especially because my kids love him too. I am NYS licensed reading teacher at children's psychiatric hospital. I wish my two not so young adult son and daughter would find love. We may disagree on many things, but we all adore our elderly Golden Retriever, Mickey and our 4 year old Bichon, Katana. Mickey passed away during mid fall of 2013. Our home feels somewhat empty. Yes, we carry him in our hearts, but we miss his physical presence. We adopted Farfel, a Bichon Shitzu mix, 4+ months ago, and he is now almost 10 months old, still a playful puppy, albeit double the size of 10 lb. Katana. We are a family. |
