By the age of 28 I had spent years on the streets, making money by begging, clipping and drug dealing. My life had spiraled completely out of control and I found myself on the run from the police, from Social Services and from one of the big crime families of London at the same time. It was then that I met my husband John in an internet chat room and I crawled back from the brink to re-emerge as the 'perfect suburban housewife'. I ask that you never judge and that you always question 'What was on the tape?'. |
