Introduction	I am a busy full-time working wife and mom to three kids with dairy protein intolerances. Not only are they dairy intolerant, but my 7 year old son is incredibly picky to boot (texture sensitive). Oh, and did I mention we keep (kinda) Kosher, too. Join me on our journey to uncover new dairy-free foods that the whole family can enjoy ... and that stay within our budget! Oh, and I might throw in a funny story about my kids or life lesson I've encountered with my husband along the way.
