Introduction	Let's see, My birthday is July 20th. I was born in Macclesfield, UK. I have a 7 year old son who knows more about computers than most adults I know. I recently went from 207lbs to around 168lbs. You won't believe how I did it... Diet and exercise! I know, no one wants to hear that but it's true.
