Introduction	My official name is Jennifer Smith, LPC. The LPC stands for Licensed Professional Counselor. Basically it means I have spent thousands of hours talking and listening to people. What I noticed is so many people have the same questions, so I thought maybe I could help even more people by answering those questions here. Other facts about me: I am married to Awesome Ken, have 3 kids, 2 cats and a dog. I have ADHD as do most of the people around me, I love all sorts of things like makeup, crafting, eating healthy and whatever else catches my eye.
