| Introduction | I am a communications manager, living in a small town in rural New South Wales, Australia. I'm also busy raising two teenagers. I love all the wonderful bits of technology that help us communicate. But I really adore handwritten letters and believe they still have an important place in how we humans can communicate with each other.
