Introduction	I'm a mom! Somehow, some way, this college business major ended up a speech pathology major. My first job involved working with preschoolers with special needs. Coincidence? Surely not. Rather, valuable training ground for my future job as mother to my son who has Down syndrome. If you need encouragement to keep on going as a parent, particularly one who has a child with special needs, I would like to give that to you. You and your child were both "Specially Designed".
