| Introduction | I have been blessed with a wonderful life. I am married to a wonderful country guy that I met on a blind date and married 6 months later. It's now 36 years later, and I have 2 sons who are married to great girls. They have given me the gift of 4 grandchildren,3 girls and 1 boy. I have had the opportunity to play and sing in a band for 17 years. I have been a crafter pretty much all of my life with a busy lifestyle. I have slowed down somewhat due to a continuous loss of vision, and being labeled legally blind by the medical profession. Although I can not longer drive and see as clearly as I use to I have adjusted my lifestyle to accommodate some of the things I love to do such as quilting. It's a passion my grandmother had that I always admired. My quilting is not perfect but it gives me inspirations and makes me grateful for all the things I'm still able to do in my life. I have had some challenges in my life and sure will have others, but I look at it as just an adjustment curve.... life is an adventure and you have to experience it. |
