| Introduction | People like to make fun of the fact that, despite being male, I spend more time in the kitchen then most of their mothers'. That is, of course, until I take them off my baked goods delivery list. I've been in the kitchen as long as I can remember, and truth be told, it's always where I want to be. Whether it's kneading bread dough to stretchy perfection, making dinner for my massive extended family, or just grabbing a snack, I always manage to have a good time. Which, in my mind, is what truely matters. If you have fun with what you do, you are in the right field. That being said, I am currently enrolled in the Culinary Arts program at The Culinary Institute of Canada with the intentions of continuing my studies into a more focused pastry/baking program after I finish the 2 years of culinary. |
