| Introduction | Morgan Autism Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) special education program for children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Founded in 1969, the center provides a positive, highly structured environment with a high staff to student ratio. Jennifer Sullivan started at the Morgan Autism Center in 1977, first as a teacher, then Program Director, then Executive Director in 2000. In addition to running this non-profit organization, she was an adjunct professor at Santa Clara University for five years, a member of the Department of Special Education's Autism Advisory Board, and a member of San Jose Unified School District's Autism Advisory Committee, and on the California Senate Select Committee and Regional Autism Task Force (BAART) |
