| Introduction | I embraced a calling into ministry in my adult life after searching for a purpose for living beyond the dreams I expected to experience. I am a nephew of living legend “Abbey Lincoln.” Indulged to live a popular and adventurous life within the entertainment field, I was allowed to experience an emptiness and void that were not filled until I surrendered to God. Stripped of the superficial and self-centered pursuits, I was blessed with a life-long partner and wife who explored this journey of ministry with me. We have been individually "called" and yet, allowed to serve together in most of the chapters of our lives. We are both gifted in music, technology, writing, and teaching. However, I am still very much a student impressed by her ability to teach anything. I am extremely passionate about family. We are blessed with five children and four grandsons. I am most thankful for my relationship with God and His merciful gift of my wife, best friend and partner. I am continuing my education to add to my doctorate in Christian Counseling and Substance Abuse Disorders. I constantly pray for wisdom to use what He has given me to reveal His love for mankind to others and myself. |
