Introduction	I am a water resources and environmental engineer by profession, who delights in the beauty and mystery of nature, and who loves solving problems. Most of what I do as an engineer touches both nature and people in a manner that involves restoring in some form. I am also a person of faith, grateful to God for His mercy that makes it possible for me to be restored into a right relationship with Him. So while I am about doing my "little" engineering restorations, God is about restoring in a more complete and enduring fashion the entire world and all the people who live in it. I've had the joy of being married to my wife, Corinne, for over 40 years, and we have been blessed with three wonderful children, and four exciting grandchildren. I started this blog to encourage myself to become more aware of what's happening around and inside me, and to process what's influencing and moving me through writing. I aim to encourage other amateur writers to post on my blog spot as guests, with conditions. I must know them, and their world view. I need to review blog content. I'm not interested in posting politically motivated blog content or to be a platform for any organization.
