| Introduction | I am a former U.S. Agency for International Development Foreign Service Officer/career diplomat, and International Development Consultant; a self-directed student of The Bible; a published musician; and a world traveler who enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and corners of our world. I have been blessed to travel extensively to 80 nations and territories (many visited iteratively), with long-term residence in 7 nations. Thus, I have both a Biblical and a world-view. My professional expertise is as an international strategic planner, oversight manager/trainer and evaluator of complex development projects, programs and systems. Over a 2-year period, The Lord prompted me to apply my skills to re-reading and studying His Word, The Bible, and to share what I was learning.
