Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Obviously Blogger doesn't know me well as I wear scarves rather regularly...However, yes my jugular does feel quite exposed. 12.17.09 Still does 05.01.2010 2day=sept 28th 2012 and though chilly m wearing a hat:)
