Introduction	As you can see, Don and I love to travel. We both retired from American Airlines where were originally bitten by the travel bug. Our favorite in-town activity is to volunteer in our community. We are members of the Citizens Police and Fire Academies. I'm proud to claim 55 handsome firefighters as my "sons". Life is good and we are truly blessed with loving family and wonderful friends.

Favorite Movies	Don is the movie watcher in our family and will watch just about anything, especially when it contains explosives and makes the walls shake! Thanks to our friend, Al, who provides him with a steady stream of DVDs. If I'm going to watch a movie it needs to be a chick flick.
Favorite Music	We like just about any kind of music except rap. Jazz is towards the bottom of the list....classics from the 60s are at the top of the list.
Favorite Books	The Shack by William Paul Young...this was a 2007 best seller and I was totally taken back by the impact this book has had on my life! It's truly a lesson in life, relationships, guilt, forgiveness, beliefs and any other emotion we have struggled with. I plan to make this a yearly read and have never before had a book make such a profound (and spiritual) impression on my life. I will forever be impacted by this book!!
