Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.

Because my mate, dog, and cats are all thieving spoiled mongrels who steal every single thing I knit and never let me wear any of it. Furthermore I have to cover up my wheel, carder, and any yarn-y projects in the works lest the cats eat string and kill themselves, so most of my finished projects end up draped attractively over every unsecured fiber-related object in the house.
