Introduction	Welcome! My name is Jenny and I live in the amazing city of Anchorage, Alaska. I love eating out at all the fabulous restaurants in Anchorage and around Southcentral Alaska. I love cooking, and I am very interested in where my food comes from, and the history of different foods and cuisines. I am also interested in food sustainability, which is especially important here in Alaska, where over 95% of our food is imported, and where the sustainability of the seafood industry is a constant topic of news and conversation. I live with my husband Morgan and our dog, Steve McQueen. We enjoy fishing, hiking, and otherwise exploring the 49th state.
