| Introduction | Welcome to my thoughts and observations on my constantly changing life. Change happens to us all, all the time...it's how we flow with it that makes all the difference. I didn't used to flow. I was stuck. Paralyzed. Afraid. Not anymore! | Interests | EVERYTHING! Music, Movies, Writing, Kayaking, Travel. I have an innate desire to learn about everything I can and try new things and absorb what other people can teach me. |
| Favorite movies | Fantasy is a fantastic release from the everyday. I love movies because they take me out of my own head and into new places and dilemmas. They give me new perspectives and can change how I think about the world and people around me...if they're well done. A mindless romp is fun but the good ones tamper with your spirit. |
| Favorite music | Where do I begin? I guess I'll just say that good music is the air I breathe. It makes my brain feel like it's flying and crackling with electricity. It can be a sweet release from pain and troubles, an affirmation, a mood shifter or a motivator for change, which I'm all about. |
| Favorite books | Like I've said, I love learning new things whether it's about people and their life experiences, learning how to do something new, and especially being pulled into a world that's not my own and into the lives of interesting characters. I think you're beginning to see a theme here....variety is indeed the spice of life. |
