| Introduction | Coral has been training and coaching for some 20 years in local government and academia, where she worked in performance management, training and policy development in housing. She has written many articles and books on housing, and delivered lectures and trainings on housing policy. She now uses skills she developed whilst managing 15-20 projects at a time, working only 3 days a week and managing a team of 9 staff, to help small business leaders get real results in their businesses.
