| Introduction | My life story, though short, is long. (I just sounded like Yogi Berra there, didn't I? :P) But to make my long short story short, I've been a Christian since I was four years old. Unfortunately, I grew lukewarm. But my blog is me moving away from spiritual mediocrity to pure fire for God. Though it isn't my full name, thou mayest calleth me Anna. Eth. As you can tell, I'm kind of obsessed with movies and music and books. I've always loved all forms of stories and lyrics. In fact, I wrote my first song when I was 4; I wrote it for church, and they sang it for years. When I was 8 I won a contest for best short story at my school; I wrote about one of my favorite animals, the lion. The love of writing and reading and words and language has stayed with me for my entire life, and I believe that God inspired me for linguistics. If I could, I would learn every language--ever. (And that includes Klingon and Wraith and Na'vi.) If you didn't catch that last hint, I adore sci-fi. I grew up with it. (I actually still own a toy phaser. Be jealous.)Also, cheese is pretty amazing, and so is Irish butter. I think you should know that. |
