| Introduction | I often find that I need an outlet, a way to express the myriad of thoughts that continuously race through my head. It is my hope, that this blog will be such an outlet. I have chosen to name it “Café con leche and Cornbread” as that pretty much sums up my life. I am an American man born to Cuban parents. I am as proud to be Cuban as I am American. I work on a farm, live in the country with my husband and two dogs, have sugar cane growing in my backyard, and I make a mean “ropa vieja!” I think many will relate and I hope you enjoy what you read.
