About me

Gender	Male
Introduction	If men (sorry, don't know how to make this sentence gender neutral) who achieve mastery in a myriad of disciplines achieve the tile of "Renaissance Men" then that title does not apply to me. While arguably my interests range as broadly as those of just about anybody, I claim mastery of very little. I tend, on the other hand, to pursue skills, hobbies, and interests only to the point where I am competent and never to the point of mastery. Three masters degrees and no Ph.D.s pretty much sums it up. I can do a little bit of just about everything, but am employable in very little (I DO have a job and am quite good at what I do... but you get the point). Perhaps one day there will be a need for someone of my diverse, yet limited, skills and I will find that place in this universe for which I, and I alone, am uniquely suited. Until then, I will likely continue on as I have, pursuing things until the excitement of learning is overwhelmed by the drudgery of mastery.
